Designing, planning and outsourcing is our specialty using new software that can save cost of production from the schematic design phase until construction phase. We offer these to our clients to meet the requirements that fit to their proposal on the design process in order to satisfy their needs.

Quantity Surveying

We offer QS for all the Projects that involved quantity and pricing. We also use new software to get the exact quantity and amount of the materials to avoid over cost of the project while on the stage of design development and even in actual construction stages.

Our Key Knowledge Skills

  • Knowledge of construction materials, components, and assemblies.

  • Ability to develop construction details consistent with design, performance, and budget objectives

  • Ability to develop specifications to the level of detail required Knowledge of code review processes and procedures

  • Familiarity with procurement of construction services Knowledge of manual and/or computer drawing standards and systems Skill with BIM/Revit /CAD programs.
